BY CAR: A10 Genoa-Ventimiglia motorway, Arma di Taggia, San Remo Est exit. Turn right onto the Aurelia Bis and exit at San Martino. Drive down Via della Repubblica then turn right into Corso Cavallotti. Proceed up to the roundabout (about 1 km) then take Via Fiume (the 4th exit, that leads down to the sea), take Corso Orazio Raimondo to the right for about 50 yards then turn left (crossing the bicycle path) and then after about 20 yards turn right into C.so Trento Trieste (signposted ‘direzione Francia’ –one way street, mind the bicycle path to the left). You will find the Residence on the right after about 150 yards.
BY AIR: From Christopher Columbus airport, take the A10 Genoa-Ventimiglia motorway. Take the Arma di Taggia/San Remo Est exit after 140 km. Turn right onto the Aurelia Bis and exit at the turnoff for San Martino. Drive down Via Repubblica then turn right into Corso Cavallotti. Proceed until you reach the roundabout (about 500 yards) then take Via Fiume and proceed to the right into C.so Orazio Raimondo for about 50 yards, then turn left into C.so Trento Trieste (one-way street, signposted ‘direzione Francia’, mind the bicycle path to your left) for about 150 yards then turn right into a small private road. You will find the “Residence dei Due Porti” after a few yards.
Nice – Côte d’Azur Airport (67 km). Take the A8 Nice Nord-Monaco-Gênes motorway. Exit at San Remo Ovest. Drive all the way down Via Padre Semeria (downhill, 4 km) then turn left into Corso Matuzia (600 yards). Carry on straight down Corso Imperatrice (800 yards), Via Nino Bixio (600 yards) and Corso Orazio Raimondo (300 yards), then turn right toward the sea, and after 20 yards turn right again into C.so Trento e Trieste (one-way street, ‘direzione Francia, mind the bicycle path to your left). After around 150 yards turn right into a small private road and you will find the entrance to the “Residence dei Due Porti”.
There is a bus service from Nice airport to Genoa that stops at San Remo.

BY TRAIN: San Remo central station (600 yards). Exit the station via the subway and go straight for about 80 yards, then turn right into in Corso Cavallotti. Carry on up to the roundabout and take the 4th exit, Via Fiume that leads down to the sea (about 100 yards). At the end turn right into Corso Orazio Raimondo and after 50 yards take the first left, Corso Trento e Trieste. Be careful because this road crosses the bicycle path. Then turn right. After about 150 yards turn right into a small private road and you have arrived.
