- Prices are stated per apartment
- A deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay is required to confirm your booking
- In the high season, we give priority to bookings of one week or longer, with arrival and departure Saturday (or Sunday if necessary)
- You can choose from one-room, two-room and three-room apartments with between two and six beds, some with sea views
- The kitchen is only available for use for stays of at least two nights
- Kitchen cleaning is not included in the price of the apartments
- Please contact us direct for stays of different lengths

KEY HANDOVER
AFTER 16.00 on the day of arrival. The apartment must be vacated BEFORE 10.00 on the day of departure. Domestic animals (small to medium size) are allowed, provided they do not disturb our other guests. Please let us know if you are bringing pets when you book.
For special offers "Prepaid Not refundable" - "Early Booking" or other specifically indicated offers, the normal cancellation policy does not apply.
BOOKINGS:
Bookings shall be confirmed exclusively after receiving the deposit. If the apartment is not occupied for the booked period, the booking shall be considered as cancelled.
Deposit refund for cancellations:
- With 15 days notice: 1/2
- Less than 15 days notice: no refund
